DAD SAR MIANDAM SWAT A NEW ENTRY TO TOURIST SPOTS 

Pakistan have  a lot of tourists spots in which Waadi Swat is famous on the name of Switizerland of Asia/Pakistan because its on the top of the most beautiful valleys in Pakistan due to its beauty and historical background. Lot of famous tourists spots are known to the world but still there are some hidden places which are rarely explored by tourists. Dad Sar is one of those hidden heavens in Swat.

 

Dad Sar is located in the north side of Miandam valley which also accessible from Chail Madyan side. Dad Sar is lying on the verge of Miandam and Madyan Valley. Its having lush green meadows on the top of mountain, deep forests in surrounding, mesmerizing view of snow covered mountains. The tweets of  birds, cool breeze, lush green views relaxing minds. 


Its about two to three hours on distance from Miandam village and three to four hours distance Chail, Madyan Valley. From Miandam its one hour trek on stream's side and then climbing/hiking to the top of the mountain Dad Sar starts which takes one and half hour for professionals and two to two and half hours for the common tourists. Local people also visit for refreshing their minds and to call the nature.  The feasible time to visit this place is starting from April till October. For hikers/trekkers its a best spot where they can bring camping tents for spending night. Lot of local tourists are coming over there for picnic with friends and colleagues. Its a best site for camping and bonfire. 

 

Important note for new explorers:
  1. Hiking Shoes is necessary.
  2. Not recommended for children and female tourists except professional female hikers can visit.
  3. For night stay camps is necessary.
  4. light winter wears/jacket
  5. Sun Block for sensitive skin and Sun Glasses for color blinds
  6. There is no food arrangement so its necessary to bring own food.
  7. Please try to keep clean the environment from shopper, wrappers, bottles and other plastic materials.
